Innovation Shed runs regular working sessions at skill stations, each facilitated by experienced practitioners. You book into sessions relevant to your current needs, work on your actual business challenges, and receive hands-on guidance. Sessions are structured to ensure everyone makes tangible progress and leaves with real deliverables.
What's the time commitment? +
While we don't mandate attendance at every session, we do ask for active participation and commitment to making progress. Attend the sessions most relevant to your current needs, set clear objectives, and engage with the community. Most founders find that regular participation yields the best results.
What if I'm not technical? +
That's completely fine! Many of our participants are non-technical founders. Our Product Development station specialises in no-code tools and platforms that let you build functional prototypes and MVPs without writing code. We'll teach you how to be more self-sufficient and communicate effectively with technical team members when needed.
Where are sessions held? +
Sessions are held in Perth at co-working spaces. We will also be building an online platform for ongoing support and connection between in-person sessions, and offer mentoring sessions to remote and regional members.
Will every session provide the same skill stations? +
The available skill stations will vary from session to session, depending on the mentors available and the needs of the founders attending. This will make every session a unique experience.
